Driving Directions to Beveled Glass Arts
Visits are by appointment only for local customers dropping off or picking up projects.
Utah customers are required to have a current Utah business license with a NAICS/SIC Code in a glass category (with some exceptions) and a Utah State Tax Commission TC-721 Exemption Certificate on file. Businesses located outside of Utah are only required to have an appropriate NAICS/SIC Code. We reserve the right to refuse business to anyone.
